Ball State University Social Media

I managed Ball State University's social media platforms, created and executed monthly campaigns and helped to develop guidelines for social media users across campus. I managed a team of students during the Ball State "We Fly" brand reveal on a day that resulted in more than 200,000 Twitter impressions alone. From September 2017 to December 2017, the university saw a 118 percent increase in engagement on social media across all platforms, and growth in followers across all platforms.
